Meet Anne Gantt

Anne Gantt is a Georgia Real Estate Commission Approved Instructor, Georgia Broker, full-time REALTOR® licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, and native Georgian dedicated to helping both new and experienced real estate professionals build successful careers founded on knowledge, integrity, and exceptional client service. She is a GUILD™Member Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™, a designation recognizing demonstrated expertise in the luxury home market. Before transitioning to real estate, Anne enjoyed a distinguished career in healthcare. She served as a critical care registered nurse, practice administrator, physician liaison, and hospital marketing director. Among many other duties and experiences she lead a hospital implementation of the electronic medical record system for employed physician practices and participated in a hospital merger. These roles strengthened her communication, leadership, project management, technology, organizational, and teaching skills—qualities she now brings to both her students and clients.

As the spouse of a retired U.S. Navy veteran and the mother of their three grown children, Anne understands the unique needs of military families, healthcare professionals, first-time homebuyers, and experienced consumers. Having relocated numerous times—including an overseas assignment to Japan—she brings firsthand insight into the buying and selling process, enriching her classroom instruction with practical, real-world experience and stories. Anne also serves as the system administrator and trainer for the brokerage's real estate transaction management platform, helping fellow agents maximize the tools that support today's real estate business and legal compliance. She believes successful real estate professionals combine technical knowledge with strong ethics, outstanding communication, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Anne's teaching philosophy reflects the values that have guided her entire career: treat every student with respect, prepare them for real-world success, and embrace lifelong learning. She is known for her research skills and making complex concepts easy to understand through practical examples drawn from her experience in healthcare, technology, and residential real estate.
