Meet Martha Warren
Martha Warren may be one of the newest members of the Urban Tide Xchange team, but in many ways she has been part of this story her entire life. Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Martha grew up watching her mother, founder Janet Howard, build a career defined by integrity, excellence, and a genuine passion for elevating the real estate profession. That foundation shaped everything.
Now a senior at Georgia Southern University pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Health Science with an expected graduation of December 2026, Martha brings a fresh, driven perspective to her role as School Director. She recently passed the Georgia Real Estate Exam herself. Walking the same path that every Urban Tide Xchange student will take which means she understands firsthand what it feels like to study hard, show up, and succeed.
As the first point of contact for prospective and enrolled students, Martha is the heartbeat of daily operations at Urban Tide Xchange. Whether you have questions about scheduling, enrollment, or just need someone to point you in the right direction, Martha is your person.

When she is not keeping Urban Tide Xchange running smoothly, Martha is living her best Savannah life. A health and wellness enthusiast through and through, she is passionate about working out and staying active, bringing that same discipline and dedication to everything she does. She loves spending time outdoors soaking up everything coastal Georgia has to offer and treasures every moment with her family and friends.
At home, Martha shares her life with her husband and their two dogs, and there is always a home renovation project in progress. Though she will be the first to tell you her specialty is delegation, not demolition. When she is not directing the next project you might find her at the pool table showing off her game, curled up with a good book, or deep diving into new music. Savannah born, Savannah raised, and proud of every bit of it.
