For nearly two decades, Janet Howard has been one of the most consequential voices in Georgia real estate, not just as a broker, but as an educator, association leader, and institution builder. Her career is a masterclass in what happens when expertise meets purpose.

Mrs. Howard's journey began in sales with Ben Farmer Realty before she earned her Broker's license in 2009. In 2015, she obtained her Georgia Real Estate Instructor's license, formalizing a commitment to elevating the next generation of real estate professionals that would define the next chapter of her career. Her leadership footprint spans every level of the industry. She has served as President of the Savannah Area Realtors Association, President of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, President of the Savannah Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors, and President and CEO of the Savannah Multi List Corporation overseeing assets exceeding $4 million. In 2023 she was featured at the prestigious RisMedia Power Broker Forum in Washington, DC.

Today, Mrs. Howard channels that experience into Urban Tide Xchange, a GREC approved real estate school designed to do what she has always done best, meet people where they are and move them toward what is possible.

Family is at the center of everything Janet does. Whether it is a quiet afternoon together or a full day out on the boat, she cherishes every moment spent with the people who matter most to her.

Back on land, Janet finds her creative outlet at home. With the same eye for detail and vision she brings to her professional life, she loves decorating and rearranging her space, always finding new ways to make a house feel like a home. Her garden is another labor of love, where she trades contracts and conference calls for fresh air, soil, and the quiet satisfaction of watching something beautiful grow.
